Brewing Coffee the Ethiopian Way
For the coffee lovers, Ethiopia is a buzz word making Ethiopian coffee probably the most popular origin here in the UAE next to Brazil. As per legend, coffee was actually discovered in this African country by a goat herder named Kaldi. His goats were more “jumpy” than usual after eating from a plant with small red fruits.

Lameen has been writing on his coffee blog for over 14 years now. He is also a Nobel Peace Prize winner and owned a coffee shop in Cape Town in 2010. He now continues his coffee dream in Dubai and has launched his coffee blend called From Coffee With Love.
