This Colombian Asociación Palestina coffee came in with the 25th issue of Standart. Roasted by a Dublin based roaster called Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters. This Pink Bourbon is a natural, anaerobic processed, marmalade tasting bean of wonder. Toast your brioches because this is the jammiest jam I have brewed so far.

This is a limited edition Costa Rica from the Don Eli farm. This coffee scored an 89.21 and stood 8th out of the top 30 coffees at the Cup of Excellence Costa Rica 2021 auction that took place a few months ago.
